Standing Up!

Sam loves standing up.  He's been practicing by holding onto our hands.  He can get up all by himself, but he needs a little help to stay there.  Lately, he's been even letting go with one hand and balancing.  Today's innovation was holding on to things other than our hands.  At this rate, he'll be walking in no time!

Sammy Eats a Dinner Roll

We went out to dinner last night, and Sam was getting a little bored (and jealous) as the adults ate, so we gave him a dinner roll to keep him busy.  He certainly made a mess of things, but he loved it -- and he even ate (put in his mouth, chewed, and swallowed) it!
