On Sunday, we went to the Head of the Charles regatta with the Bortingers.

Time to Lower the Crib

And we thought yesterday was a milestone...

This morning, during a "nap time" that has yet to contain a nap, Sam figured out how to kneel in his crib...

and then how to stand up.  He was very proud of himself.  Too proud, in fact, to sleep.

Sam Learned to Sit Up on His Own

This is how I found Sam at 6 am this morning -- sitting up in his crib, mobile on, video monitor in the crib, wide awake.

Shake Shake

Sam was very happy to have a visit from Nana and Papa! Here is is showing Nana how he can "shake shake."
